A tasting event was held at the Nam Sky Kitchen in HK Science Park on 23,24 Jan 2019.
We are happy to collaborate with Chef Justin again, this time on new products of micro algae rice cake and turnip cake.
While using the traditional way to make the cakes, Chef Justin cleverly incorporated Euglena and Astaxanthin (Eiyoka line) as ingredients to our traditional delight for Chinese New Year. A high value add in nutrition for all patrons.
