Tested in HK, Certified in HK! is the catch phrase of the Hong Kong Council for Testing and Certification (HKCTC). A government body which aims at driving the development of testing and certification industry of Hong Kong to enhance international recognition.

A meeting between the HKCTC and the Cosmetic Manufacture & Technology Development Council was convened to exchange information and opinion on the latest industrial development.
